Before teaching, I spent more than three years in Customer Success and B2B Software Sales, working with clients, mentoring sales teams, and coaching newly hired sales reps. That experience helped me understand what companies look for and what skills learners need to stand out in a competitive job market. Here on New to Education, I teach English, Business Consultation, Educational Consulting, and Career Coaching. I chose these subjects because they connect directly to what I have done throughout my career. I have trained students on communication, guided professionals on writing better resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and coached teams on how to speak with clarity and confidence.
