Affiliate Terms of Service

These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the NewToEducation.com Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up as an affiliate, promoting our services, or sharing your referral links, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Operate a personal or business platform (e.g., website, blog, social media) where you can share affiliate links
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 5% commission on net revenue from new customers referred via their affiliate link.
- Commission excludes taxes and transaction fees.
- Rates may be adjusted for campaigns or partnerships via written agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- Monthly payouts, with a minimum threshold (e.g., $20 USD).
- Payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or agreed methods.
- Affiliates cover payment fees, taxes, and conversion charges.
4. Tracking and Attribution
- Each affiliate gets a unique link or code.
- Commissions go to the last valid referrer before conversion.
- Cookie duration is typically 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Promote honestly and ethically
- Disclose affiliate nature where required
You may not:
- Bid on NewToEducation keywords
- Use spam or bots
- Impersonate the brand or its staff
Violations can lead to removal and forfeited commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
- Use only approved brand assets for promotion.
- Do not alter materials without written consent.
7. Termination
- Both parties may terminate at any time.
- Cease using links and branding upon termination.
- Violation-based termination forfeits unpaid earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
- Max liability: total commissions earned in last 3 months.
9. Modifications
We may change terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled in a Japanese court of competent jurisdiction.
