Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Spanish through 1-on-1 sessions, group classes, or asynchronous courses

• Develop and deliver engaging Spanish lessons tailored to each student’s proficiency level and learning goals

• Communicate professionally with students, guardians, and team members

• Manage your own schedule and keep availability updated

• Adhere to our content and conduct standards, maintaining neutrality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring Spanish

• Strong ability to design student-centered Spanish lessons

• Proficiency in teaching grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and reading skills

• Reliable internet access and familiarity with digital teaching tools

• Self-motivated and well-organized

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active teaching license or certification in Spanish education (e.g., ELE, DELE, or equivalent)

• Experience teaching international learners or students from diverse backgrounds

• Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, or LMS platforms

Compensation:
Tutors receive 70% of the booking fee, with the flexibility to set their own rates based on qualifications and services offered. Bonuses and recognition are awarded for outstanding performance and positive student feedback.

• Tutors may apply to teach specialized Spanish topics (e.g., Business Spanish, Exam Preparation, Conversational Spanish)
